Refund policy

At HerTurn Beauty LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds once hair has been shipped or received.

Exceptions:

We will only issue a refund or exchange if the item(s) received are incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong length, texture, or product type). To qualify:

    •    You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    •    Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging (including any hair nets, tags, or seals).

    •    All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before any item is sent back.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
